Why we built the anti productivity app
We wanted a journal that did not feel like homework. So we made one that asks for a single line, then gives you back your own story.
The idea
A journal you can actually keep
Most journaling apps ask for too much. Most habit trackers only count. We kept losing the thread with both.
Loopnote started as a small bet: what if one line a day was enough? Write a sentence, and let the app do the remembering. A year later it loops that line back. When a mood pattern shows, it tells you gently. When a streak breaks, nothing shatters.
We are Priya and Jonas. We built the calm, quiet tool we wanted for ourselves, and 60,000 people have joined us so far.

A journal only works if you trust it. Here is where we stand, plainly.
- No ads, ever. Loopnote is paid for by Plus, not by your attention.
- We never sell your data. Not to anyone, not in any form.
- Delete everything, anytime. One tap, and it is gone for good.
- Your notes are encrypted at rest.
